A new shopping mall in Al Ain, UAE, is expected to open its doors this August.

Work on the 100,000 sq m Al Ain Mall is nearly complete and the complex is due to open in early August.

Owned and operated by Al Hamad Enterprises, based in Abu Dhabi, the mall will have a large family entertainment centre of almost 3,700 sq m with party rooms, a 12-lane bowling alley and an ice-skating rink. Other features include four cinemas, food court, coffee shops and restaurants.

The mall will also have several anchor stores by Spinney's, Nissan, Paris Gallery, Grand Stores, Salam Stores, Al Shaya Dareen (Mother Care, Next, Liz Clairborne, Milano, Evans) and Landmark (Splash, Life Styles, Shoe Mart, Baby Shop and Home Centre).

It will also offer covered parking for 1,000 cars.
