Ariston's new Ti-Tech water heaters use new and advanced technology to offer improved operations and longer life, says its dealer.
''The range, manufactured by Italy-based Merloni TermoSanitari Spa (MTS), uses special glass-lined enamel distinguished by the brand 'Titanium Plus Inside', says Karim Daaboul, group marketing manager of the Dubai-based Paul Weil-Ariston. "The innovative enamel, developed by MTS's research team, stands out for its extremely high level of performance in terms of hygiene, resistance to the formation of holes and its long life, with quality guaranteed for up to 10 years.''
Ariston water heaters are marketed by Paul Weil in the GCC and the Levant.
Elaborating on titanium and how it enhances water heaters, Daaboul says: "Titanium is a metal with excellent properties that can be widely demonstrated by its use in aeronautics, due to its stability and resistance qualities, as well as in dentistry, as it is bio-compatible and easy to sterilise."
''The 'Titanium Plus Inside' heaters are 50 per cent more effective than those with traditional enamelling.
"Thanks to its high elasticity, the new Titanium Plus Inside glass-lined enamel adheres firmly to the internal surface of the boiler, easily adapting to the dilations the latter undergoes as an effect of the changes in temperature.
"The new Titanium Plus Inside enamel adheres to the steel surface uniformly, creating a highly resistant layer of protection of even thickness.
''In addition, the Titanium Plus Inside enamel is further distinguished by its very low porosity structure. This characteristic makes it very difficult for bacteria and micro-organisms to attack it, as they cannot find the suitable conditions to adhere firmly," he adds.
