UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced the launch of Azizi Vista, a modern low-rise residential building at Dubai Studio City featuring studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The luxury development, which is scheduled for completion by Q4 2024, will offer aesthetically-planned social areas, two swimming pools, children’s play areas, yoga areas, barbecue areas, and beautifully landscaped gardens, among a wide range of other health and convenience focused amenities.

Built for young, in vogue adults and families alike, Vista is nestled in one of Dubai’s most dynamic and youthful areas, adjacent to Sports City and Motor City, said Azizi.

Just a short drive from the Expo site, Dubai Studio City is a strategic location with excellent accessibility.

The developer, meanwhile, has reported strong interest in its 712-unit Beach Oasis project, also located in Dubai Studio City, where it has sold over 90 per cent of the residential units. The vibrant mixed-use community with two buildings offers 476 studios, 200 one-bedroom apartments, and 36 two-bedroom residences.

A modern low-rise residential community, Beach Oasis features an array of amenities, including a large beach-like swimming pool – the highlight of the project’s central courtyard – fully equipped gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, and a new central square featuring a multitude of retail options.

Among other developments, Azizi has announced work in the final stages on its key residential project, Berton, located within the Al Furjan community in Dubai.

A 245-unit project, it features 190 studio and 41 one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as 16 penthouses.

Meanwhile, Azizi Developments has announced plans to launch a hotel brand across the UAE and beyond, as part of its expansion into the hospitality sector, and has appointed Michael Zager as its new Chief Operating Officer – Hospitality.

Azizi will soon introduce the new global brand, under which it will both develop and acquire hotel real estate that it will then own and manage.
