Gulf Property Show, the leading boutique showcase for real estate sector in Northern Gulf, will host the Indian Property Investment Festival (IPIF) in a collaboration with NRI One, said the event organiser Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).
The IPIF@Gulf Property Show will run from March 15 to 18 at the newly-opened Exhibition World Bahrain.
NRI One, the organiser of IPIF, is a company dedicated to bridge overseas investors with the latest real estate developments in India.
“The IPIF@Gulf Property Show will be hosting over 40 leading developers from across India. Whether you are looking at investing in a residence in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Delhi/NCR, Goa, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, or more Indian cities, there will be real estate opportunities available for everyone,” said Shekhar Bhardwaj, the CEO of NRI One.
The IPIF@Gulf Property Show will ensure that investors will be supported by India’s leading home loan service in ICICI Bank, he added.
HCE Managing Director Jubran Abdulrahaman said: “The key indicator of the investor appetite from NRI residents in the Gulf region shows a growing demand for real estate developments that reflect the needs of the Indian community arising from living many years in the GCC.”
“NRI One has identified key developers who will deliver on these expectations not just in quality but also in investor security. These developments may also be attractive to the wider GCC community,” he added.
Exhibition Director Ahmed Suleiman said the IPIF, like its host the Gulf Property Show, has an established reputation for organising real estate events that provide sales and genuine real estate transactions.
“We and NRI One are committed to provide an event focused on meeting the desires of the developers from India through a dedicated marketing strategy that will provide real added value promotional benefits,” he added.
Bhardwaj said the developers attending the IPIF@Gulf Property Show will not only be providing excellent rates of return for investors but additional exclusive investment incentives at the event.
The IPIF and the Gulf Property Show carry the support of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Bahrain), Tamkeen Labour Fund, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce as Bahrain Chamber of Commerce, Phd Chambers (India) and the Indian Embassy in Bahrain.
