Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan has signed an agreement with the Trump Organization for the development of a new integrated residential complex in Oman.

Located in the heart of the Omani capital, Muscat, the signature Trump Resort will comprise residential villas, a hotel, and a championship golf course designed by a renowned golf professional, which will be built upon a hill with sweeping views of the sea.

The meticulously-planned course will feature top-class golf facilities, an expansive golf club, and the finest amenities to create a new luxury benchmark for golf in the Middle East, said the developer.

The 100-m-high hilltop development, is part of the stunning $4-billion Aida project in Muscat. To be developed on a 3.5 million-sq-m area in the Yiti region with the support of Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran), Aida is one of the largest premium mixed-use real estate projects in the world, situated directly by the sea.

Work is due to begin on the project in Q1 next year and will be fully completed in 10 years. It will feature two hotels, a plaza filled with cafes and restaurants, a gated promenade with luxury retail and premium wellness centres, and gyms, cradled by a gorgeous outdoor landscape.

It is being developed sustainably, fully respecting and preserving the topography and unique environmental features of the area, with homes integrating seamlessly within the cliffs.
