Address Residences Marassi Vista ... to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.

Construction has begun on Bahrain’s Address Residences Marassi Vista, a one-of-a-kind concept which is home to over 200 luxury units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

Work has kicked off with initial excavation works and sheet piles installations on the 10-storey building. It consists of two basements, a ground floor, a podium, eight floors, and a rooftop, with a built-up area of 33,756 sq m, Eagle Hills Diyar (EHD), the pioneer behind the iconic Marassi Al Bahrain development, announced.

Main contractor Al Ghanah Group is working with the project’s lead consultant, U+A, alongside sub-consultant Gulf House Engineering (GHE), towards a target completion date of the second quarter of 2024.

Marassi Vista will offer a stunning sea view surrounded by lush green parks that provide a unique lifestyle experience. The development will also include a number of retail stores.

Dr Maher Al Shaer, Managing Director of Eagle Hills Diyar, stated: “The unique residential development is designed to provide fully-furnished units, complete with state-of-the-art and luxury designed facilities.”

Address Residences Marassi Vista delivers the signature style of the Address Hotel & Resorts, while optimising the prime location of Marassi Al Bahrain, the kingdom’s most exclusive beachfront community located in Diyar Al Muharraq.

Meanwhile, Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate company spearheading the development of the integrated residential city off Muharraq, has announced the completion of secondary infrastructure works at Mozoon, a key development featuring residential plots overlooking the city’s main water canal.

Work began in August last year, and was completed within 12 months, in accordance with the timeline, said Diyar Al Muharraq. Hafeera Contracting was the main contractor on all secondary infrastructure works on Mozoon; while Aecom was the supervising consultant overseeing the project.

Mozoon comprises residential waterfront plots overlooking the integrated residential city’s main water canal as well as inner plots reflective of a modern city life.

Among other developments, Diyar Al Muharraq has launched a new competition for creatives across the kingdom to design an architectural landmark for the entrance of the city.

Through the Design Feature Competition, Diyar Al Muharraq said it aims to encourage creativity and innovation by asking the candidates to develop a unique concept that seamlessly blends between traditional and contemporary architecture, embracing the vision behind the city’s masterplan which is rooted in the history, culture, and traditions of Bahrain, all while cementing itself as a future-ready and sustainable model city.
