• Perma-Trench: This is a lightweight solution made from strong corrosion-resistant, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material for commercial kitchens, convenience stores, travel plazas, shopping malls and industrial parks.

• Hi-Cap Slotted: These systems are used where high-volume drainage is needed in applications such as airports, highways, cargo ports, rail stations, and car washing stations. This system is available in three sizes – 12-, 18- and 36-inch corrugated pipes.

• Stainless steel linear shower drains: The linear shower drain frame and grate system provides an attractive drainage solution with superior water evacuation for residential, hospitality and healthcare installations.

• Reveal frame and grate systems: These systems are used for cast-in-place concrete trench applications and are available in 6- and 12-inch-wide reveal with 10-ft-long sections or 17, 23 and 26-1/4-inch reveal with 80-inch-long sections. 

“Zurn linear drainage systems are strong and durable and can be used for the toughest job applications, with several advantages over on-site, cast-in-place forming or precast polymer concrete systems,” the spokesman claims.

Their lightweight modular assembly reduces labour during installation, thus eliminating costly levelling/alignment hardware, and reducing costly freight charges. The modular sections are assembled together to produce straight, uniform drainage systems.

The built-in moulded slope of the drainage systems produces superior flow characteristics, while their smooth, non-porous internal surface further enhances flow. In addition, optional accessories and ease of modification offer the most versatile trench drainage systems available to satisfy project requirements.
