

TNAGADI Preformed Concrete Factory has been catering to the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia as well as other countries in the region for more than three decades.
The company’s high-quality products and dependable customer service, backed by technical collaboration with European companies, has helped it to participate in many projects within Saudi Arabia as well as in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman.
A major growth area for the company has been the water and sewerage sector where its products including reinforced concrete pipes, PVC/HDPE (polyvinyl chloride and high-density polyethylene) and GRP (glass-reinforced plastic)-lined reinforced concrete pipes, jacking pipes and sewer manhole systems have been used by various clients.
Some of these water and sewerage projects include those being carried out by contractor Khorayef in Hail, Cerecon and International Fedek in Riyadh, Saudi Pan Kingdom in Makkah, and Krimly Establishment in Yanbu.
The company continues to be involved in ongoing projects for the Jeddah Sewerage and Water Authority, where it has been supplying lined jacking pipes of 500 mm to 3,000-mm inner diameter and GRP-lined manhole elements to the Saudi contracting firm Al Mabani General Contractors under a three-year contract. Another notable deal is for GRP-lined manhole elements for the Jeddah sewerage line.
This apart, the Yanbu-based company is supplying various prestigious developments in the kingdom including the Princess Nora University in Riyadh, under deals with the contractors Elseif and CCC; King Saud University in Riyadh (for Saudi Binladin Group and Advanced Vision Company), projects for the ministries of agriculture (Traifi Establishment) and of communication (various contractors) and the water authorities.

Outside the kingdom, its products are being supplied to the Arabian Specialised Material Company in Doha, Qatar.
Speaking on recent developments, a spokesman for the company says T Nagadi has started producing HDPE T-Grip liners using the latest technology at its Yanbu facilities.
The company has boosted its presence in the kingdom by expanding its facilities and making major investments in new machinery and equipment, in a bid to cater to the increased demand for its products in Rabigh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah.
The company’s three modern production units in Saudi Arabia cover a total area of 300,000 sq m, including a 40,000 sq m plant in Riyadh, a 200,000 sq m plant in Yanbu as well as a 60,000 sq m facility in the Light Industrial Park at Madinat Yanbu Al Sinayah.
It has a block production plant, an automatic pipe plant from Denmark as well as a precast plant from Germany, equipped with all modern handling systems including several gantry cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes, many overhead cranes, and a steam-curing system.

“With our Yanbu plant being very centrally located, we can ensure more cost-effective proposals to contractors and timely deliveries of our concrete products at construction sites in the region,” says the spokesman. “Over the next year, we plan to invest further in sophisticated machinery, as we have a huge area to receive the products and ample space to stock finished products at this plant. We are also currently focusing on enhancing the quality of our products so that we can further increase our sales figures.”

Established in 1977 and owned by Tarik Mohamed Nagadi, the company is 100 per cent Saudi-owned and staffed with around 400 employees of various nationalities.
Apart from its three production facilities, T Nagadi also has a sales office in Jeddah.
