Buoyed by the success it has attained in its sales and expansion targets Al Hayat Building Materials Company (HBMC) says that it is looking forward to opening up offices throughout the Middle East.

“We are a dynamic and competent company and had set ourselves high objectives that include an increase in sales and the acquisition of new markets,” says a spokesman for the company, which is part of the renowned Issam Kheiry Kabbani (IKK) group.
“We always try our best to keep our commitment. In addition to expanding our services to 23 branches, we have also spread our expertise outside Saudi Arabia to Syria, the UAE, the UK, China, and Lebanon, he adds.
The company says that it has a team of professionals manning the sales and servicing responsibilities backed by an efficient logistics system and millions of dollars of goods in stock, which have been stored at warehouses that covers an area of 125,000 sq m. All warehouses are equipped with sophisticated systems, handled by an experienced logistic workforce, says the spokesman.
“As a company that focuses on the customer, we have expanded our operation to include two new divisions – the projects division and the retail division. Each division focuses on a different target market assuring the best service to all type of clients,” he says.
Through the projects division the company targets projects that are under construction mainly through contractors, consultants, designers, and real-estate developers. Al Hayat has been associated with several key projects all over the kingdom ranging from hospitals, hotels, government projects, oil refineries, towers, public malls, airports, schools, and commercial buildings.
One of the key projects handled by the company is the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Tower in Makkah’s Al Haram Area.
Through its retail division, the company has been offering architectural design solutions to clients. “With the help of our designers, AutoCAD artists, and retail sales executives, we always try to achieve our maximum customers’ satisfaction,” says the spokesman. “This division focuses on all type of residential villas, palaces, resorts, and spas.”
The company has also opened a new showroom in Jeddah’s Al Rawda Street.
