TAALK Design, which was formed to meet the demand for a well-balanced environment, has pursued a goal of providing inspiring, habitable and innovative surroundings for people to work and live since its inception.
From a single office, the Bahrain-headquartered firm has grown over the years to include an office in Doha, Qatar and an associate office in Singapore.
“Taalk Design’s main expertise is interior design and consultancy,” says a spokesman for the firm. “However, with the diversified experience of its staff and a belief in the firm’s strength and competitiveness, Taalk Design has diversified its portfolio to include residential and exhibition design.”
He continues: “Companies nowadays don’t only sell their corporate identity through their products but also through the image they portray through the appearance of their offices and showrooms. Hence, the office needs not only to promote their products but should also cater to the aesthetic ambience and most importantly, be well laid out – comfortable and functional.”
Taalk Design is an interior, planning, design consultant firm that is committed to deliver just that, he says.
“With years of practice, Taalk Design has gained international exposure through the work experience of its architects and designers in different countries. For several years now, the firm has been involved with government offices, hospitality, residential, commercial, corporate, furniture design, retail and exhibition events in several countries, including Bahrain, Qatar, the US, India, Korea and Germany.”
“Our goal is to build inspiring surroundings that improve the human comfort because we believe that people are directly influenced by the environment in which they work, live, or visit. We also believe that the quality of our design should always be of international standards – whatever the size, range, budget or theme of the project. This will not only be of benefit to our clients but will also enhance the image of Bahrain.”
Taalk’s clients includes the Economic Development Board, Tender Board, Ministry of Interior, Civil Service Bureau, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, General Directorate of Traffic, several banks, showrooms and offices.
