Aljomaih Holding Company has received praise from its Japanese principal for its role in promoting TCM forklifts in the Kingdom.
During his recent visit, TCM's general manager for the Middle and Near East, Asia and Europe, Akira Isshiki lauded Aljomaih's overall performance as TCM distributor in Saudi Arabia, not only in sales but also in disseminating new TCM innovations to its customers.
Among new TCM products currently being promoted by Aljomaih is the FB-VII series TCM electric forklift truck. Isshiki indicated that customers need to be kept aware of the benefits offered by the new trucks in terms of comfort and efficiency, before they make their purchasing decision.
The FB-VII series TCM electric forklift truck has a low-maintenance brushless AC motor and a comfortable adjustable seat with arm supports and seat belt.
'Responding to customers' needs for a smaller body and easy-to-operate forklifts, TCM has developed the new electric forklift to reduce operator stress caused by frequently turning within cramped worksites at warehouses and factories,' says Abdullah Al Ali, general manager of Aljomaih's heavy and agricultural equipment division. 'The width of the new FB-VII series is less than that of the pallets and the forklifts can move more freely within narrow work spaces than competitive systems on the market. The turning radius is also less. As these forklifts offer more operating time per charge, the operator's concern on battery power is eliminated!
'In warehouses, operators frequently have to get off and onto the forklift to inspect cargo - which can cause fatigue. The new FB-VII series - the floor and step heights of which are very low - is able to cut physical fatigue by 10 per cent, thanks to its lower foot reach,' he says.
Aljomaih Holding Company offers TCM's standard models of diesel, gasoline, LPG and electric-powered forklifts. These models can be part of the total logistics solutions in manufacturing, warehousing, construction or transport systems, he says.
Aljomaih also represents Fiat-Allis, Iveco Aifo. Merle, Nardi and Case New Holland of Italy, Claas and MTU of Germany, Tacom of Japan, Nokka-Tume of Finland, Perkins of the UK and Arcusin of Spain.
