CleanCut 315 combines precision with operator safety through solid pipe supports and automated cutting.

AGRU, an Austria-based specialist plastics technology company supplying high-performance piping and lining solutions for industrial and infrastructure projects worldwide, has introduced CleanCut 315, a pipe-cutting machine designed to deliver cleanroom-quality cuts for high-purity plastic piping applications. The unit is aimed at contractors and processors that need precise, chip-free and dry cut edges for faster downstream fabrication with less reworking.

The machine is designed to deliver precise, chip-free cuts for piping systems used in demanding industrial applications, including semiconductor, pharmaceutical and water treatment projects.

Designed to process AGRU piping systems manufactured from PVDF, ECTFE, PE 100-RC and PP, CleanCut 315 accommodates pipes with outside diameters ranging from 90 mm to 315 mm. Its fully automated, servo-controlled cutting system produces right-angled, dry cut edges that eliminate chips, reducing the need for secondary finishing and enabling faster downstream welding and installation.

AGRU says the machine combines precision with operator safety through solid pipe supports and automated cutting, helping ensure consistent results while minimising manual intervention. Mounted on a flight case, the unit is designed for easy transport, allowing contractors and fabricators to use it both on construction sites and in workshop environments without compromising cutting quality.

Powered by a 1.6 kW motor and available with either 230 V or 110 V power supplies, CleanCut 315 is engineered to support efficient fabrication of plastic piping systems across a range of industrial sectors where cleanliness, dimensional accuracy and installation speed are critical. The machine is compatible with standard AGRU plastic piping systems but is not intended for FEP, PFA or double-containment pipe systems.

AGRU is represented in the region by the UAE-based BMC Gulf, which delivers cutting-edge thermoplastic and geosynthetic solutions.
