Victory Heights – a $500 million themed golf residential community project – to take shape within Dubai Sports City (DSC) will offer a comprehensive gated neighbourhood environment with high-quality residential units catering to local and expatriate families, says the developer.
Bahrain-based First Islamic Investment Bank has set up a joint venture with DSC to spearhead the project, which will be developed by US-based East West Partners.
Victory Heights will be developed on 25 million sq ft of land at the DSC in Dubailand, the Middle East’s first dedicated recreational and commercial sporting city, says DSC president Khalid Al Zarooni.
The community will be differentiated by its specialised recreational focus encompassing the broadest range of sporting and leisure amenities such as a country club with branded health and fitness centres, world-class swimming facilities, tennis complexes operated by the renowned David Lloyd and a branded Butch Harmon golf academy, the first outside North America.
