Manitowoc Crane Group (MCG) – a leading supplier of lifting equipment and comprising the brand names Manitowoc, Grove and Potain – has opened a new regional office in Dubai to serve the Middle-East and North Africa.

“Manitowoc, Grove and Potain products have always had strong representation in the Middle-East,’’ says Manitowoc Crane Group’s Dubai-based regional director Hamid Summers. ‘‘There are a large number of machines throughout the region, and the level of activity is increasing all the time. This new facility will provide a centralised focus for our distributors in the region, with all the essential technical, commercial and administrative back-up that is required, so that we can give even closer attention to the needs of the market.”
MCG also has warehousing facilities in Jebel Ali where it stocks new and used machines, and spare parts.
