Al Nasser Company is looking at boosting its international portfolio with the launch of two new systems.
The Saudi trading firm, which markets a range of electrical and electronic products and security systems, is planning to launch new remote control and building management systems, says marketing manager Mohammed Al Nasser.
Al Nasser Company, which was founded in 1981, has its head office in Riyadh as well as four showrooms in the city. It also has branches and showrooms in Jeddah, Dammam, Khamis Mushayit and Qasim.
"We are the agents and distributors for electrical wiring devices, indoor and outdoor lighting luminaires and related low voltage (LV) products," says Al Nasser.
The company markets wiring devices, detectors and sensors (Berker), CCTV (closed circuit television) surveillance systems (Commax and Hunt), audio-video door phones (Commax and Fermax), conference and central sound systems (Sonelco), indoor and outdoor luminaires (Oscaluz, Vadisa, Pelluchi, Metalmek, Salvi and Sill), fingerprint time attendance and access control systems (FIST and Synel), underfloor trunking (Ackermann) and junction boxes (Kaiser).
Al Nasser is a repeat exhibitor at SaudiBuild. "We participated in the previous SaudiBuild exhibition. The response was very encouraging and we achieved good exposure for our products among engineers and customers," says Al Nasser.
He continues: "The main reason for participating in SaudiBuild is to make the people aware of the products we deal in and also to provide them the details of our newly-introduced products.
"At this year's event, we will be promoting our entire line of products, as well as highlighting some new electronic security products."
Business for the company this year has been better compared to last year, with Al Nasser winning several prestigious projects, he says.
Over the last four years, Al Nasser has developed its product portfolio of wiring devices and luminaires to include electronic products related to security systems and home automation systems, he adds. It has met with great success with these products and has completed a number of prominent projects.
Major projects in which Al Nasser has played a role include the Mecca Towers, the Kingdom Tower, the power plant 9 (PP9) and the Prince Sultan Humanitarian City, all in Riyadh, the Saudi German hospitals in Riyadh, Jeddah and Abha, Hilton's hotels in Jeddah and Madinah, Holiday Inn's hotels in Riyadh and Dammam, the Meridien hotel in Jeddah, the Marriott hotel in Jeddah and the Durrat Al Arus tourist city on the Red Sea coast.
Al Nasser will be at stand 819.
