A series of specialised exhibitions, supported by an international trade conference, is set to open this month under the prestigious Saudi Build Exhibition (Saudi Build) banner in a bid to redefine the construction landscape and cater to the booming building and construction sector of the kingdom and the wider region.
The three specialised events – Saudi Building Technologies, Saudi Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Exhibition, and Saudi Stone Sector Exhibition – will be held over 27,500 sq m of exhibition space at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre from November 6 to 9.
These exhibitions, encompassing 11 national pavilions, are set to host more than 550 companies from 35 countries. Notably, a significant area has been allocated to China, a powerhouse in construction, where the latest construction materials, technologies, and interior design concepts will be showcased, according to Riyadh Exhibitions Company Limited, the organiser of the event.
The 33rd edition of the pioneering event will be held under the patronage of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al Hoqail.
Saudi Build is one of the largest and most prominent construction events in the region, and serves as an ideal platform for leaders and decision-makers in the construction sector from Saudi Arabia and other countries to come together. The exhibition will showcase the latest in construction innovation, with a particular spotlight on cutting-edge technologies and revolutionary methodologies.
“Saudi Build 2023 is not merely an exhibition; it’s a dynamic platform for discourse and collaboration,” said a spokesman for Riyadh Exhibitions Company. “Leaders and professionals from both local and international construction organisations will engage in high-level discussions covering a spectrum of topics. Innovative construction techniques, ground-breaking electromechanical technologies, and strategic insights into building investments will be at the heart of these conversations.”
Saudi Build is certified by UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and covers a wide range of sectors, including construction technologies, materials, interior design, and finishes, in addition to stone technology, interior decoration, locks and door handles, as well as cooling system technologies.
The event is expected to attract an estimated 30,000 trade visitors, comprising professionals and decision-makers from within the kingdom and across the region.
“These visitors will have the opportunity to explore an array of exhibits, ranging from the latest advancements in building materials to state-of-the-art heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Interior design aficionados will find inspiration in the exhibition’s displays of creative finishes and designs, while those interested in stone technologies will witness the latest trends in this dynamic sector,” he added.
Riyadh Exhibitions Company has been successfully serving the Saudi exhibitions market for four decades and all its international events are certified by UFI.
