Construction work on the Dh3 billion ($817 million) Dubai Media City in the UAE is expected to start in January.
The third major enterprise to be announced as part of the Dubai Technology, e-Commerce and Media Free Zone Authority, the Media City will be built over an area of 200 hectares and will be equipped with leading edge technology including production and transmission facilities.
