UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced plans to launch a brokerage academy titled the 'Azizi Center of Excellence'.
Through a full calendar of topic-specific workshops, Azizi aims to facilitate knowledge transfer and educate channel partners on various matters, ranging from construction and engineering all the way to customer service, in an effort to further boost professionalism across the industry.
The academy is mainly aimed at helping the industry serve local and international investors better by ensuring more complete, well-informed, and proficient consultations, and by dispelling misconceptions and any lack of competence that may stem from inadequate awareness and a deficit in familiarity with the topics that Azizi sees as important and will educate its brokerage partners on, said the developer in its statement.
Workshops will cover various topics, including international marketing methodology and sales tactics, taught by Azizi’s Executive Director of Sales & Marketing Nima Khojasteh and its Head of Marketing Ehab Yasin, as well as public relations and communications strategies, led by Azizi’s Head of PR & Communications, Tizian HG Raab.
Construction and engineering processes also form a substantial part of the workshops, spearheaded by Azizi’s Chief Development Officer Mohamed Ragheb Hussein, who will take attendees on a deep dive into how quality can be recognised and communicated, construction timelines and more, stated the Emirati developer.
Furthermore, Azizi’s Legal Director Amir Ballal, will be hosting workshops on legal procedures, as well as on Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
Warsame Jama, Azizi’s Head of Customer Service, will be divulging the best approaches to ensure customer satisfaction by fostering honest, happy, and mutually beneficial relationships with property buyers, and will impart knowledge on authority relations, including the best, proven ways to manage prolific relations with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and the Real Estate Registration Trustee Centers, it stated.
According to Azizi, its senior management subject-matter experts have prepared in-depth lectures that are both theoretical and practical in nature, helping attendees gain a better understanding of everything needed to guide buyers through their purchase decision-making processes in an expert manner, including products, policies, procedures, and best practices.
The conceptualisation of execution of Azizi Center of Excellence is spearheaded by Ahamed Iffham, Azizi's Head of Agency, and Kishor Sadarangani, the developer’s Head of Training & Development.
On the new academy, CEO Farhad Azizi said: "Its launch excites all of us very much. The courses will provide brokerage specialists with a comprehensive foundation for their work and serve as a catalyst to their professional development and career progression."
"This academy will help strengthen the real estate brokerage force in the UAE and advance its knowledge in the realm of current trends, developments, and all that goes on in the sector, so that they in turn can offer investors more professional, transparent, convenient, factual, and overall better-informed consultations and purchasing processes," he stated.
"In support of the surging demand for homes in the UAE, we have taken it upon ourselves to raise the bar of excellence and further elevate the competencies of those who call property their profession, propelling the industry into a new realm of proficiency and further solidifying the nation’s standing as a leading global hub for real estate investment," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
