UAE-based Azizi Developments said it has sold over 95 per cent of the 17 residential buildings in Al Furjan, which comprise Shaista, Star, Samia, Faristha, Plaza, Montrell, Acacia, Aster, Freesia, Roy Mediterranean, Daisy, Tulip, Iris, Orchid, Yasamine, Liatris, and Feirouz. 
A substantial portion of the unsold units is still kept unreleased and will be added to the available inventory soon, said the statement from Azizi.
Al Furjan is a serene area, away from the bustle of the city, yet very well connected to it. It is known to be one of the most promising growth corridors of new Dubai, a highly sought-after location that boasts easy access to the Dubai Expo 2020 site, Ibn Battuta Mall, and Dubai Marina and JBR, among many other of the emirate’s points of interest, facilitated by its direct highway and metro-line connectivity. 
Al Furjan communities has several key features including 24-hour security, swimming pools, recreational areas, fully equipped gymnasiums and street-level retail outlets.
