UAE-based Prescott Real Estate Development has launched a new competition ‘Design with Love’  for interior designers, challenging them to come up with innovative designs for signature one-bedroom apartments within its residential development, Prime Views, in Dubai.

A contemporary project in the heart of Meydan Avenue, Prime Views brings a new style of urban living to Meydan, offering state-of-the-art interiors, great views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai skyline and other amazing amenities, says the developer.

The Emirati developer says the contest is open to anyone interested in designing.

“Simply submit your interior design concept for Prime Views signature one-bedroom apartment within a budget of Dh50,000 ($13,611). Whether you choose to use professional tools or capture your design concept with a pencil and paper – the Prime Views team knows that amazing interior design concepts come from the heart and can be created using any medium, so all entries are welcome,” says a company spokesman.

Located at the heart of Dubai, Prime Views gives residents a vibrant community right at their doorstep.

Just a stone’s throw from the world-renowned Meydan Hotel and Racecourse, Prime Views is set against the unique backdrop of Meydan Avenue on one side and the Dubai Skyline on the other.

Residents can explore some of the city’s finest outdoor dining options, along with cafés, bistros, luxury retail and supermarkets.

Submissions can be sent via social media accompanied by #DesignWithLoveUAEand #DesignWithLoveDxb, or by email to primeviews@prescottuae.ae before January 16, 2021.

The entries will be reviewed by Prescott’s design team and the winner announced on January 27.

The winning designer will walk away with a Dh10,000 award and much more, states the Prescott Real Estate Development spokesman.

In addition to the cash prize, the winner will see his/her interior design concept brought to life in one of Prime Views’ signature one-bedroom showroom apartments, he says.

The winner will also be listed as a preferred supplier and have the opportunity to sell his/her interior design services to Prescott’s exclusive clientele in the Prime Views development, he adds.
