Sun & Sand Sports has introduced Nike's revolutionary 'Total 90 Laser' football boot.

The T90 Laser is Nike's first boot designed to enhance shooting accuracy while incorporating ground-breaking innovation that pushes it onto a whole new playing field, said a Nike official.

Nike's most innovative and technological football boot to date, the development of the T90 Laser saw Nike work closely with international football stars, including World Cup winning Italian captain Fabio Cannavaro and England and Manchester United phenomenon Wayne Rooney.

The result, a boot that brings a new technical edge to the game offering mobility, toughness, power, and critically, accuracy. Additionally, through extensive research from a major University in Germany, Nike discovered that 69 per cent of shots on goal are taken from the full instep.

'The Nike T90 Laser holds true to its statement. Power is nothing without accuracy. The realisation of this boot comes from Nike's commitment to providing the most technically advanced football boot on the pitch,' said marketing manager for Sun and Sand Sports in Dubai Nasir Rafiq.

'With football fever at such a high in the UAE, football players at every level are looking to the latest advancements to help their game, something the Nike T90 Laser is sure to deliver on,' he added.

The new boot's radical new upper is engineered with Teijin synthetic leather and a mesh combination, under a unique industrial-grid pattern, that utilises an innovative waterproof eVent lining for protection against the elements, while maintaining natural evaporative cooling.

Effective movement of moisture helps protect the foot from extreme fluctuations in temperature through 90 minutes of football across a range of outside conditions.The integrated offset lacing system opens-up the ball contact area and is designed for better swerve, power and accuracy, and the Nike Zoom Air unit in the heel provides superior cushioning and low profile comfort.

The outsole, built on the professional players endorsed Total 90 performance plate, gets dynamic graphic treatment with the skeletal image of the bones of a foot, as if the boot has been shocked or X-rayed, visualising the precise stud placement and flex points of the outsole.

The T90 Laser's come in bold yellow-and-black, a combination of black-and-white, as well as silver-and-black.
