Reynaers Aluminium, a leading European supplier of high-quality aluminium building solutions, has upgraded its popular CR 120 conservatory roof system range to offer improved comfort and easy installation for applications around the world.

'Aluminium verandas bring light and space into homes throughout the year through a delicate blend of aluminium structure and glazing. Our recent improvements have made the new CR 120 thermally-improved system simpler to assemble and to install, saving the fabricator considerable time both in the workshop and on site,” says Laurence Fine, group communication manager.
“Three designs of conservatories have been retained: the Functional which is simple, yet elegant, the Orangery and the romantic old-world building styles of the Renaissance series,” he says.
“The CR120 can be constructed simply with screws, with connection pieces or with variable T-brackets. Through different combinations of these construction methods, simple as well as complex conservatories can be created efficiently. This system is compatible with all Reynaers sliding, window and door systems and offers endless possibilities for creative conservatory construction, including the use of skylights, attic windows and detached constructions,” he adds.
Reynaers has developed specific market solutions to fit the demands of local homes owners, in close cooperation with fabricators in different countries, which has resulted in superior levels of insulation, watertightness and safety while improving comfort levels and making the assembly and construction of the system much easier, he points out.
The new rafters have been enlarged and strengthened to create maximal span leading to maximal transparency.  The patented solution for T-brackets, gives the fabricator the possibility to create complex Victorian conservatories in an efficient way with new insulated wall profiles and a wide range of finishing caps to complete the system. New flat clip-on profiles allow even further versatility for aesthetic appearance in most applications.
Finally, Reynaers' user-friendly Cover software and its easy-to-use models in the newly-designed catalogues assist constructors to calculate roof angles and material requirements and assemble the units more accurately and simply.
