The new 1100 RMX self-loading concrete

Automoviles Utilitarios SA (AUSA), a leading Spanish manufacturer of construction equipment, has launched its fully renovated self-loading concrete mixer, which the company claims will be one of the most useful pieces of machinery on the construction site.

“All the potential user requirements for this type of equipment have been studied in depth,” states Jonathan Fenoy, project manager of the new self-loading concrete mixer range. “We had a good product before; now we have a better one.”
A large team at Ausa had been working for over a year on one of the season’s biggest new developments, the new 1100 RMX self-loading concrete mixer.
“The efforts are for all to see as the renovated and advanced mixer incorporates a number of significant innovative features,” he adds.
“Ausa’s extensive experience in producing self-loading concrete mixers stands as a guarantee of the excellent results of this new product. Added to that expertise are all the efforts made to create the most advanced self-loading concrete mixer on the market,” Fenoy says.

Salient features
He continues: “The new concrete mixer includes several features that distinguish it at first sight from the competitors’ machines. The most striking feature is visibility. Its advanced cabin design provides a better view of the terrain and the concrete-making process. This makes the machine safer, more comfortable and more productive.
“Another innovation is its production drum. The new machine is capable of improving concrete quality due to a cylinder that speeds up unloading time. This device makes it possible to discharge one cubic meter of concrete in just 15 seconds.
“These and several other improvements place the mixer far ahead of the previous Ausa model and its most direct competitors,” he says.
Prior to this model, Ausa had built two different self-loading concrete mixers – the larger 1000 and the smaller 500. The innovative 1100 RMX, which will seek to replace the 1000, is bigger and has improved performance features.
“The 1100 RMX is a robust and safe machine as well. As is the rule at Ausa, it not only complies with all of the international safety standards in effect, but includes extra safety features of its own,” says Fenoy.
Ausa staff is convinced that, with its advanced design and improved capabilities, the 1100 RMX will become the market leader soon. Fenoy affirms that the new concrete mixer will take the company “a big step forward”.
