Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced two major development milestones, launching an exclusive final collection of ultra-luxury beachfront villas on Frond F at Palm Jebel Ali while simultaneously commencing the handover of 892 residences at Jebel Ali Village. 

Nakheel unveiled a limited release of 44 beachfront villas from its Beach and Coral Collections, spanning 10 distinct architectural designs on Frond F at Palm Jebel Ali. 

Designed in collaboration with internationally recognised studios Naga Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture, the villas balance expansive interiors, natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor living with privacy and a close connection to their individual shoreline settings, said Nakheel in a statement.

The Beach Collection comprises five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft, while the Coral Collection offers six- and seven-bedroom residences of 11,500 to 12,500 sq ft, it added.

Meanwhile at Jebel Ali Village, Nakheel has begun handing over 892 homes, as residents start moving into the new residential community. The development is expected to be home to 5,500 residents.

Designed as a low-density residential community, Jebel Ali Village integrates landscaped parks, pedestrian-friendly streets, outdoor recreation and connected green spaces to encourage community interaction and active living. The destination builds on the area’s heritage while contributing to the continued evolution of Jebel Ali as a well-connected, family-oriented neighbourhood.

Residents will have access to landscaped parks and open spaces, walking and cycling routes, sports facilities, children’s play areas, a community pond and swimming pools within each residential cluster.
