BNW Developments and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts officials sign the agreement.

UAE-based BNW Developments is expanding its presence across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah with plans to deliver around 10,000 homes over the next four years, including the world’s first Dolce Residences by Wyndham on Al Marjan Island.

The 93-unit branded residential project, scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2028, marks BNW’s second partnership with Wyndham and highlights the developer’s broader strategy of combining hospitality-led living with the UAE’s growing real estate and investment appeal.

BNW Developments’s strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will see  the debut of the world’s first Dolce Residences by Wyndham – a design-forward brand rooted in its surroundings, with distinctive character, elevated amenities and curated experiences.

The boutique-scale development is crafted to bring soulful design to the heart of the coastline, offering an intimate environment that prioritises wellness, experience, and balance, said the developer.

According to BNW, the architectural language of Dolce Residences is thoughtful, balanced, and timeless. The building is efficiently positioned to maximise views, ensuring a strong visual and spatial connection to the natural landscape.

BNW currently has 12 developments under various stages across the two emirates, spanning branded residences, hospitality-led projects, mixed-use developments and master-planned communities. The company expects project handovers to commence from 2027. In Ras Al Khaimah, BNW is developing projects on Al Marjan Island, including the Al Marjan Beach District, and in RAK Central, while in Dubai it is expanding its portfolio of branded residences across key growth corridors.
