
The Dubai Municipality has issued a licence for the construction of a 43-storey tower costing Dh135 million ($36.75 million) on Shaikh Zayed Road in Dubai, UAE.
The building will include apartments and offices, as well as a health club and swimming pool for residents.
Khalid Mohammed Saleh, head of the Building Licences Section at the municipality, said the building will have one basement level, a ground floor and 43 upper storeys. The total built-up area will be 354,000 sq ft while the plot area is 10,000 sq ft.
Saleh said that the building will include 26 two-bedroom flats, 46 three-bedroom flats and nine four-bedroom flats. Offices will cover an area of 68,000 sq ft, and the parking lot will be able to accommodate 289 cars.
