Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, has announced that it has awarded the enabling works contract for the highly anticipated Trump Tower Jeddah to Specialized Italian Foundation Company (Sifco).

A SAR2-billion ($531 million) architectural masterpiece, The Trump Tower Jeddah will be one of the city’s tallest residential towers, redefining luxury living in the kingdom.

Comprising 47 floors, the tower will introduce an exclusive lifestyle concept to Saudi Arabia, with features such as the Trump Club – the nation’s first-ever members-only social club designed as a haven of privacy, luxury, and curated experiences.

With enabling works now under way, Dar Global said it is committed to delivering this landmark project as a symbol of innovation and opulence, setting a new benchmark for the region’s real estate market.

Beyond this development, the company is advancing a mega-project in Riyadh to construct 200 premium residential villas, further expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing real estate sector.
