Saudi Build 2024 will feature more than 600 exhibitors from 32 countries.

Saudi Build 2024, the Middle East’s longest-running and most established international construction trade fair, is set to open its doors this month (November 4 to 7), providing a platform to access the lucrative opportunities offered by the Saudi market – which has  a construction pipeline valued at a staggering $1.7 trillion.

Being held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the 34th edition of Riyadh’s premier international trade event for the construction industry will showcase cutting-edge technologies and industry solutions for the region. The exhibition’s long history underscores its sustained success in propelling the industry forward.

At the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre this month, the event will feature more than 600 exhibitors from 32 countries. Thousands of industry leaders and professionals are expected to attend, positioning Saudi Build as a critical forum for business opportunities and knowledge exchange.

Saudi Build aligns closely with the national goals of the kingdom’s Vision 2030, particularly in sustainability and the digital transformation of the built environment, says Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC), the organiser of the show. These priorities – centered on smart cities, sustainable housing, and advanced construction methods – highlight Saudi Arabia’s drive to enhance its urban landscape through innovative, green solutions.

The construction sector value chain relies on the latest in multiple categories associated with the fitting out of projects as well as the backbone of the infrastructure needed for homes, buildings and larger construction activities. In view of this, Saudi Build will host the 25th editions of Saudi Elenex, Saudi Energy, and Saudi Lighting – key sectors driving the region’s construction value chain. These exhibitions will feature the latest developments in electrics, alternative energy, and water solutions, offering critical insights into infrastructure enhancements for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The previous edition of Saudi Elenex attracted a strong attendance, with over 22,000 visitors. Attendees included key decision-makers, industry experts and professionals eager to explore the latest trends and technologies in the multiple sectors across Saudi Elenex and other co-located shows. The event provided a valuable platform for participants to engage in business development, forge strategic partnerships, and gain insights into evolving market dynamics, says REC.

To support the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s vision for the future, the exhibition is hosting the Future of Building International Summit. The co-located conference will feature a series of informative keynotes, panel discussions and workshops led by industry experts over four days, addressing the sector’s latest trends, challenges, and innovations.
