Hitachi Construction Machinery Middle East Corporation (HMEC) launched the next-generation Zaxis -7G series at a recent dealers meeting event held in Muscat, Oman.
The hydraulic excavators Zaxis-7G models – ZX350H-7G, ZX490LC-7G, ZX690LC-7G and ZX890LC-7G – are the new line-up offered to the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) market.
The ZX-7G is a further evolution of ZX-5G, which has been highly trusted its high quality, high durability, and low fuel consumption since 2013, says Hitachi.
“Initially there will be only four models. We are further enhancing the advantages of ZX-5G, significantly improving productivity and safety and reducing lifecycle costs,” says a spokesman for HMEC.
The new models boast high productivity, thanks to their powerful and reliable engine without EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), sophisticated hydraulic system and expanded bucket line-up. They ensure low lifecycle cost, due to their high-efficiency engine with ECO guidance and ECO gauge – which also accounts for their low fuel consumption – easy and low-cost maintenance and the optional ConSite OIL monitoring sensor.
For the operator, the new excavators promise maximum comfort, easy of operation and safety. Zaxis-7G models feature a ROPS-compliant new cab with reduced cab vibration and inside noise. The cabs are equipped with a low-reflective 8-inch hi-res monitor, Bluetooth-integrated radio and LED light and feature an Aerial Angle 270-degree bird’s eye-view camera system as an option.
“We will continue to evolve as a premium brand, ensuring customer loyalty by providing high-quality, technologies, products and services that exceed customer expectations with Hitachi dealers,” the spokesman concludes.
