Ellington Properties, Dubai’s design-led property developer, has announced a new wellness-integrated residential development in Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, one of the prestigious communities in Dubai.

The project has been thoughtfully designed to feature 277 bespoke studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom unique residences, and developed with a strong focus on sustainability, energy conservation and wellness, both inside and outside of the home.

Envisaged to be a world-class residential destination, the new development will contribute to the Dubai 2040 New Urban Masterplan, which focuses on health, sustainability, and enhanced quality of life, says the developer, adding that the project has been designed following a series of in-depth studies and research to ensure a great combination of indoor and outdoor living.

Robert Booth, Co-Founder and Managing Director, says: “The design approach of residences has a key role to play in setting the foundation for the wellness of residents. Our new project in MBR City stands out by offering a healthier lifestyle and brings avant-garde wellness trends.”

Embracing the natural setting of MBR City, the development assures a sustainable and eco-friendly residential lifestyle experience set amidst lush parklands, and inspiring views of Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and the skyline of Dubai, he notes. Every element of the home has been carefully considered and designed to maximise the use of environmental resources, such as light, air, and views, and leverage the cross-ventilation, thus boosting comfort and optimising energy consumption.

Creating a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor, the apartments feature open-plan layouts, well-equipped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, all based on sustainable principles and the best wellness practices in terms of design, he states.

MBR City is within five minutes distance from the region’s most popular landmarks such as Dubai Design District (d3), The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Meanwhile, Ellington Properties has signed a new agreement with Allied Contracting, a leading construction company in the region, for fast-tracking the completion of its premium Wilton Park Residences project also in MBR City.

Wilton Park Residences boasts studios, one- and two-bedroom units, which have been competitively priced starting from AED740,828 ($201,676) with easy payment plans.

Joseph Thomas, the Managing Director and Co-Founder, Ellington Properties, says: “With clear timelines for the delivery of Wilton Park Residences, we have been working with proven contractors for the construction of the project. The third-party vendor we assigned initially faced several challenges and we made the decision to assign Allied Contracting and ensure the smooth transition of the project management process. We are confident of delivering the first homes in Wilton Park Residences based on a fast-tracked construction programme.”

According to Thomas, the Wilton Park Residences stands out for its exceptional location in a secluded haven, surrounded by lush parks and green spaces.

Among other developments, Ellington Properties has achieved a major milestone with the topping out of its sixth residential development, Belgravia Heights I in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

Strategically located in District 12 of JVC, one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods and in easy proximity to the beaches, Belgravia Heights I boasts 155 units comprising studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. With bespoke interiors, stylish exteriors and beautifully landscaped gardens, Belgravia Heights I is designed to set new standards in understated elegance, says the Dubai developer.

Ellington Properties says the topping out ceremony signifies the progress it has made in the construction of the project despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

The event was attended by the officials of Aroma International Building Contracting, the project contractor, the consulting engineers from UAE-based Federal Engineering Consultants along with other senior officials.

Belgravia Heights I reflects the commitment of Ellington Properties to craft inspiring living spaces. The project’s dynamic design philosophy led by the new ‘residential movement’ provides the residents the option of personalising and creating a unique identity for their apartments.

Each apartment in Belgravia Heights I is inspired by the Scandinavian design ethos. With a timeless grey palette and beautiful accents of white and warm beige tones, the look and feel invites minimalism, simplicity, and functionality, notes Thomas.
