Forum to put rail projects in focus

MENA Rail Projects 2012, to be held this month (October 15 to 18) at the Beach Rotana hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE,  expects to attract more than 300 delegates and deliver a high-level programme featuring experts in the field.

Leading rail developers, contractors, lenders and investors as well as advisers and consultants from across the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region will provide up-to-date information on current and upcoming regional rail projects. The 2012 conference has been designed to provide a critical review of major projects, which will reveal key challenges, insights and business opportunities for the Mena rail industry.

New creations at Floorex Arabia

FLOOREX Arabia 2013, to be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, will showcase the latest innovations in the flooring industry for visitors from all over the Gulf.

The exhibition, to be held early next year (February 2 to 5, 2013), will serve as a platform for world-class manufacturers and suppliers to expand their reach within Saudi Arabia and across the region. The visitors will get a comprehensive overview of a wide range of floor covering products, hand-made and machine-made rugs and carpets, parquet, other wood flooring, natural stone and marble, ceramics, painting, wall covering and different kinds of floor application technology.

Green technology in spotlight

GREEN Middle East Exhibition and Conference, to be held this month (October 15 to 17) in Sharjah, UAE, aims to bring together technological advancements from all over the world under a single roof.

Mefma to host inaugural forum

A CONFERENCE in Saudi Arabia promises to increase awareness of facilities management (FM) in the field of real estate and development in the kingdom, not only within the industry but also among government and the general business community.

The Middle East Facility Management Association (Mefma), which was first inaugurated under the auspices of Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera), will host the inaugural Mefma Awareness Conference in Saudi Arabia on October 8, 2012 at the Rosewood Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh.
