Remarkable growth

Al Latifia Trading & Contracting (Latco), based in Riyadh, is a company very active in the Kingdom's general construction industry.

Latco has seen remarkable growth since its establishment in 1987.

"We are proud that within a short span of time, the company has acquired a high reputation within the industry. With our present infrastructure, well-experienced workforce and a team of qualified and experienced professional management, we are confident of undertaking any type of construction and related activities," says deputy general manager Zaid Al-Khudairi.

The company recently completed and handed over two prestigious multi-storey super specialty buildings, namely:

The facilities in the building will match the standards of the most-modern and prestigious institutions in the world, says Al-Khudairi.

The main building includes a central three-storey high administration block, a north wing for the rehabilitation of men, a south wing for women, physiotherapy facilities and a 1,200 sq m block accommodating an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium covered by a space frame structure with skylight to allow natural light into the complex.
