HUBTEX of Germany launched two innovative four-way sideloaders, the DQ 30 and DQ 70, with capacities of 3,000 kg and 7,000 kg, at bauma exhibition held in Munich, Germany, in April.
Described as three trucks in one – offering frontlift, sideloader and four-way side loader – the machines are available as LPG or diesel-powered versions.
The DQ 30 and DQ 70, together with DQ 45 (capacity 4,500 kg) – which already runs in the third generation – form a new four-way sideloader family. The preferred application fields of these loaders are external stocks of building material, timber and steel industry.

“Especially for these new sideloader series, Hubtex has developed an innovative steering. Besides robustness, manoeuvrability is a deciding feature for users, and Hubtex sideloaders set the standards as far as safety, reliability and manoeuvrability is concerned. The machines comply in full with existing quality and safety standards and all EC regulations,” says a spokesman for the company.
The new trucks are powered by modern drive motors according to European and American emission standards. The series DQ 30 has been designed with a comfortable cab to prevent the operators from feeling cramped.
“As with all of our trucks, the newly-designed ones are characterised by robust Hubtex quality and are equipped with all-wheel steering, proportional valve technique, stable mast structures, fork carriage tilt and joystick operation (optional),” the spokesman.
