GULF TECHNICAL Construction Company (GTCC), the civil contracting subsidiary of Drake & Scull International (DSI), has been awarded a Dh250-million ($68 million) contract for the KPM Tower in Dubai Marina, in Dubai.
Awarded by Marina Exclusive, the contract is for the design and build of the residential tower comprising five basement levels and ground plus 38 floors. The tower will contain studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses as well as pool, fitness centre and car-parking.
The approximate total built-up area of the project will be 51,113 sq m.
