Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate developer in Bahrain, has announced that it will be playing a major role at the upcoming Innovation Summit 2025 as its platinum sponsors.

To be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the conference will run from April 23 to 25, 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain, under the theme 'Towards Innovative and Sustainable Housing Solutions'.

The three-day event, being organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in partnership with Eskan Bank, will bring together leading local and international experts in the field.

The summit will act as a knowledge base discussing the best practices on building sustainable urban communities.

During the event, Diyar Al Muharraq will be showcasing exclusive offers on plots in Al Wasem, the first residential project located in the North Islands, alongside its most prominent projects located across the master plan.

Also its Chief Executive Officer Engineer Ahmed Ali Alammadi will be taking part in a panel discussion focused on investment opportunities within the social housing sector.

The participation underscores Diyar Al Muharraq’s firm belief in the importance of building strong collaborative ties between the public and private sectors to help achieve national aspirations focused on developing housing solutions in the kingdom, it stated.

This also reflects the company’s awareness of the vital role strategic partnerships play in delivering innovative and sustainable investment models that meet the growing demand for affordable, high-quality housing, it added.

On the upcoming event, Alammadi said: "It gives me great pride to be joining this prestigious panel discussion, in line with Diyar Al Muharraq’s platinum sponsorship of the event. This initiative also reflects our commitment to social responsibility and continued contribution to the local community."

"The summit will serve as a dynamic platform encouraging a more forward-thinking approach to urban development while establishing housing projects that are both innovative and responsive to the needs of future residents," he added.

At the event, the discussions will include the latest innovations in construction and design technologies, as well as the strategies, policies, and legal frameworks required to tackle current challenges in the real estate landscape.

The programme also aims to shed light on various investment opportunities and the role of regulatory reform in unlocking the full potential of the social housing sector.
