Global real estate advisor CBRE has been appointed by Bahrain National Holding (BNH) to exclusively manage and lease the BNH Tower located in Seef District, and a commercial building located in Sanad which also accommodates a branch of its subsidiary bni.
Situated in the heart of Seef District’s commercial zone, BNH Tower offers modern commercial office space with a total lettable area of 5,000 sq m and a typical floor plate of 530 sq m. The 10-storey building provides 115 parking spaces on the ground floor and first floor for occupiers and visitors.
Located in Sanad, just off Estiqlal Highway, the commercial building is built over six storeys, with 2,980 sq m of commercial office space and a typical floor plate of 460 sq m.
