Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, recorded an 85 per cent completion rate for Berton, a well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor, Al Furjan.
 
The 245-unit complex, which consists of 190 studio apartments, 41 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 16 opulent penthouses, is expected to be finished by Q4 2022, in line with Azizi Developments’ commitment to on-time delivery.
 
The structure and blockwork are now at 100 per cent. The second mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) phase is now at 55.6 per cent, while the tile and façade works are at 91.4 per cent and 88 per cent, respectively. Elevator construction is 97 per cent complete, and 72 per cent of the overall finishes are done, the company said.
