Diriyah Company, the developer of Saudi Arabia's premier historical, cultural, and lifestyle destination, has achieved a major sustainability milestone with its premium mixed-use project, Zallal, being awarded the Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certification.
This key achievement reaffirms the Saudi group's commitment to developing sustainable commercial spaces that enhance the well-being of users and support long-term value within the mega Diriyah master plan.
The first mixed-use commercial office and retail project - Zallal - within the Bujairi District, on completion, will include two low-rise office buildings with a combined leasable area of 6,000 sq m and 12 mixed retail and F&B outlets over an area of approximately 8,000 sq m.
Strategically located next to the popular Bujairi Terrace, Zallal will benefit from proximity to a venue that already attracts thousands of visitors daily.
It will also have direct access to Wadi Hanifah and enjoy stunning views over the Unesco World Heritage site of At Turaif in its location on the outskirts of the Saudi capital.
Among the key amenities at the facility include an easily accessible, 1,400-space basement car park facility built under Zallal with direct links to Wadi Hanifah, Al Imam Abdulaziz bin Muhammad ibn Saud Road.-TradeArabia News Service
