PROJECT DETAILS
Emaar Properties is on track with its plans to build the Burj Vista towers in Downtown Dubai, UAE.
The construction contract was awarded to Consolidated Contractors Company in May 2014, while the MEP sub contract was awarded in September to Bilt Middle East.
The project aims at the development of two residential towers of 66 and 22 floors offering 120 and 520 luxury apartments in one, two, and three-bedroom layouts.
Burj Vista is located walking distance from The Dubai Mall and close to the upcoming Opera District, and the central business district of Dubai. The towers will be directly linked to the newly opened pedestrian link that connects the Dubai Metro station with Downtown Dubai. The boulevard level of the towers will feature several high-end retail outlets and restaurants.
Other facilities include a fully-equipped gymnasium, children’s play areas, multimedia hall, business centre, retail centre, lounge areas, swimming pool and kid’s pool, badminton and half a basketball court, relaxing reading areas, lushly landscaped areas and a mini theatre.
Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture is the design consultant, Turner International Middle East is the PMC and Red Engineering will undertake the MEP consultancy.
