Al Aqili Furnishings (AAF), a leading UAE-based flooring giant and interior solutions provider, has sealed a landmark contract with Fakhruddin Properties, a leading local real estate developer, for furnishing and designing the full interior fit-out of its latest development at Dubai Sports City.

The Dh26 million ($7.08 million) contract covers the fit-out, flooring, curtains, wall covering, lighting and furniture of 282 units in addition to the reception, restaurant and other public areas at The Coral International Serviced Apartments project.
“The high-end Coral International project, with its cutting-edge architecture, gives us the opportunity to provide solutions that suit the premium lifestyle options offered to its sophisticated residents,” says Shahriar Khodjasteh, group marketing director of AAF.
This contract, signed during the Hotel Show in Dubai last month, comes after the successful fit-out and furnishing of Fakhruddin Properties’ Sheikh Zayed Road head office a month earlier by AAF’s Office Solutions subsidiary Officeland.
“With Al Aqili Furnishings’ reputable track record in the region, we are confident that it will provide high-quality products and services for our Coral International Serviced Apartments,” says Ali Fakhruddin, director of Fakhruddin Properties.
AAF has continued its dynamic growth and transformation from a leading flooring specialist into a full interiors turnkey solutions provider. The Coral International Serviced Apartments adds to the roster of premium hotel projects supplied and fitted by AAF such as the Emirates Towers, The Fairmont, Dusit Dubai, Al Qasr, Shangri-La hotel, The Intercontinental and many others.
“We have had a great start with Fakhruddin Properties and we are looking forward to a strong and fruitful partnership with the leading developer,” adds Mansour Khodjasteh, the managing director of AAF.
AAF has an impressive 11,300 sq ft pavilion covering the entire Al Multaqua Hall during the Hotel Show held last month at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre to promote its wide product portfolio of residential and commercial carpets, handmade rugs, machine made rugs, carpet tiles, hospitality and Axminister, hand-tufted carpets and rugs, rubber and PVC flooring, natural fiber flooring and wall coverings among others.
“It has been an honour and joy to work with the professional team at Fakhruddin Properties. We have been able to push the design envelope, which has made this project so enjoyable to work on,” points out Osama Al Sayyed, general manager of AAF Contract.
