V3 Modular Furniture recently launched a unique door, boosting its extensive range of products that include the entire range of modular furniture.
The firm was set up last December in Bahrain as a joint venture between V3 Engineers Private Limited of India and Uneeco Group in Bahrain, and has already attracted considerable interest in the market, says a spokesman from the company.
“Our furniture is produced using new technology and is made from medium-density fibre (MDF) board in a range of finishes including membrane, post-forming and edge-binded,” says Adhesh Hassan, sales manager of V3 Modular Furniture. V3 promoted its products at gulfBID, a leading construction and interiors exhibition held in Bahrain last May.
“What differentiates us from other furniture dealers in the market is the fact that we are manufacturers and we offer a huge range of colours. Architects and interior designers who visited us at gulfBID really appreciated the fact that we are giving flight to their creativity. We offer a range of 18 colours for fabric for workstation panels/tiles, 18 colours of table tops and nine colours of powder coating,” he points outs.
Hassan continues: “Our new door product – V3 Dorz – is the first of its kind in India and probably in Bahrain. It comprises an MDF framework, in-filled with compressed honeycell paper, making it lightweight but with high strength.”
V3 Engineers is a manufacturing company, with interests mainly in the design and manufacture of furniture and allied products. Its product range includes modular workstation, executive furniture, storage units, school furniture and interior doors (V3 Dorz).
V3 was established in 1990 by three engineers who aimed to provide quality and innovative products that deliver value for money. It focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage – each time, every time, he says.
“With this basic tenet in mind, everyone at V3 is committed to quality at every stage, right from concept creation, design, selection of raw materials, process engineering to final appearances and aesthetics,” says Hassan.
“Given its continuous quest for improvement and quality, V3 has been certified with ISO 9001-2000 by DNV for design, manufacture, installation and servicing of modular furniture,” he adds.
It has a manufacturing facility in Bangalore, India, which is one of the biggest manufacturing units in the modular furniture segment in India. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with the most advanced CNC machines from Japan, the Netherlands, France, the UK and other high-end manufacturing hubs.
“The facility has a highly impressive manufacturing capacity of one door per minute!” he claims.
V3 is staffed by engineers, who adopt advanced techniques and have a flair for innovation, and a motivated, technically-qualified and skilled workforce. V3 has successfully executed major contracts for a reputed client base, which demands exacting standards, prompt deliveries and competitive prices.
“V3 strives to keep abreast of latest developments globally through its membership with reputed organisations such as BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manu-facturer’s Association), EEPC (Engineering Export Promotion Council), CII (Confederation of Indian Industries), Capexil (formerly Chemical and Allied Products Export Promotion Council) and AFMI.
The firm has undertaken projects for Al Kalima Information Technology, DaimlerChrysler, Deutsche Bank, Ford, Gas Arabian Establishment, GE, Goldman Sachs, HP, Honeywell, IBM, Infosys, Lenova, Oracle, SAP, Schneider, Sony, SwissRe, Wipro and Yokogawa.
“V3 is set to make a lasting impression in the Middle East as it offers unique, flexible, innovative products which will be the choice of every architect and interior designers for their upcoming project,” he concludes.
