The Fitout, a leading provider of total interior solutions in the UAE, has recently announced the successful completion of two prestigious hospitality projects in Dubai – the Palm Tower Hotel and Residences and the Courtyard by Marriott Culture Village hotel.
Its scope of work on the Palm Tower Hotel and Residences involved delivering total interior solutions for 432 rooms of the 52-storey five-star hotel and residential development in the heart of Palm Jumeirah.
The Fitout’s opulent and innovative designs include kitchens, vanity units, wardrobe, fridge, and other storage spaces of the 109,808-sq-m luxury building. As part of creating the interior, the company provided state-of-the-art fit-out solutions for fully furnished studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that offer views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, and the Dubai skyline.
Sherif Nagy, General Manager, The Fitout, says: “The interior of Palm Tower Hotel and Residences that follows the highest standards in the industry resonates with the quality of our work, and we were meticulous in following the requirements. As an organisation, we implement our projects in line with globally recognised benchmarks to ensure a superior experience for our clients and their customers, especially in the hospitality sector. The successful delivery of this project is an illustration of our commitment to provide high-end, bespoke joinery and fit-out works in the UAE.”
“By being the interior solutions provider for Palm Tower Hotel and Residences, we have also become part of their initiative to deliver a memorable and positive experience to their guests and residents,” he adds.
Furthermore, The Fitout has also delivered top-quality bespoke joinery for the mega-project Palm Tower Hotel and Residences. The company’s manufacturing and production facilities featuring advanced machinery play a vital role in ensuring high quality in its interior solutions.
Meanwhile, The Fitout says it has completed the interior work at the Courtyard by Marriott Culture Village, a premier hotel featuring 168 luxury rooms in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, within a short timeframe of six months.
Awarded in 2020, the project saw the interior decor specialist delivering its solutions such as joinery, custom-made applications, and modern headboards, doors and architectural finishes. In fulfilling the project, it combined artistic interpretation with high-quality materials and cutting-edge technology while simultaneously focusing on sustainability, says Nagy.
“True to our legacy, we have created a versatile interior environment that can captivate, inspire and connect people. Our work at the Courtyard by Marriott is not only innovative but it also exudes beauty and elegance that mirror the hotel’s individuality, brand image and commitment,” he remarks.
“This project reflects our mission to enhance the visual appeal and usefulness of living spaces without losing sight of our social responsibility. Our design team once again employed its ingenuity, passion and creativity to create modern interiors that adhere to the requirements of our client and the highest global standards,” he adds.
A major player in the region, The Fitout has been offering the region and beyond its key services for more than 34 years now. It says it consistently seeks to set new parameters of excellence and raise industry benchmarks when delivering its solutions.
