Larsen & Toubro (Oman) has secured three projects in Oman with a combined value of $190 million.

The first one is a $110.37 million Muscat Golf Course contract. The 21-month contract will cover the development of a township encompassing the construction of 80 luxury villas; 25 three-storey apartments; related building services; high and low voltage installations; external services; roads and culverts and perimeter fencing.
The project is located near Al Seeb International Airport. Muscat Golf Course Project is the project promoter, Cowi & Partners is the consultant and Majan Engg Consultants is the cost consultant for the project.
Meanwhile, the company has also won two EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contracts totalling $79.71 million, from Dhofar Power Company (DPC) and Muscat Electricity Distribution Company for electrical substations and associated works in Oman.
The contract, valued at $47.16 million, is for strengthening various transmission and distribution systems in Dhofar region, in order to meet the growth in demand and new loads. It involves construction of new substation, modernisation and expansion of existing network and construction of associated overhead lines and cabling works.
