RAK Properties, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading property developer, has announced the sell-out of Phase One of Cape Hayat on the first day of the launch.

Cape Hayat, located on Hayat Island in Ras Al Khaimah’s Mina Al Arab, is a collection of 668 luxury residential apartments with direct access to the beach and views across the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains.

Spanning 22,854 sq m, Cape Hayat features four residential towers — two rising to 20 storeys and two comprising nine storeys. Every unit is meticulously crafted to ensure spacious living and provide breathtaking views of the coastline.

Cape Hayat will host luxury amenities on the podium level such as swimming pools, a gym, landscape leisure deck area, a multi-purpose room, and a kids’ area, whilst the ground level will house a number of retail and F&B outlets facing the seaside.
