UAE-based Azizi Developments has signed a number of agreements for the supply of fittings for its landmark projects, Riviera and Creek Views, in Dubai. These include a deal with Kludi GmbH, one of the world’s biggest manufacturers of faucets and bathroom accessories, for the supply of exquisite bathroom fittings  and with Franke, a provider of solutions for residential kitchens and bathrooms, to procure kitchen sinks and mixer supplies.

Germany-headquartered Kludi and the Ras Al Khaimah-based Kludi RAK are renowned for their quality and sophisticated bathroom fittings. 

A world-renowned Swiss brand, Franke was chosen for its high-quality materials and products, its distinguished designs, as well as its unbeatable service, as an ideal fit for Azizi’s world-class residences  at Riviera’s Phases One and Two and Creek Views.

Riviera represents a new landmark that will add differentiated value to the real estate landscape and has been designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai.

Azizi Developments has also signed a Dh25-million ($6.8 million) deal with Hard Block Factory for supply of concrete blocks for 24 buildings in the first and third phases of Riviera. Hard Block Factory is a subsidiary of ASGC Construction Group, a sister company of Hard Precast Building Systems and Emirates Beton that is affiliated with Concrete Industries Complex.

Hard Block Factory is one of the largest, most advanced fully computerised manufacturers of all kinds of masonry and hourdi blocks, paving blocks, and sholin blocks for the construction industry in the region.
