Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, says more than 20 per cent of the work has been completed on its Rukan Tower project in Dubai, which is scheduled for completion by the last quarter of 2022.

 The 488-unit residential development is being developed in cooperation with Continental Investment in the ‘Wadi Al Safa 7’ area of Dubailand, adjacent to the Arabian Ranches.

On its upcoming projects, CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said Reportage Properties is developing 10 projects that will provide about 4,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

 “We will continue carrying out construction works in all our projects according to the specified time plans. This includes the 378-unit luxury property, Alexis Tower in Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai which is expected to be delivered by the last quarter of 2022.

Meanwhile, in Abu Dhabi, 20 per cent of the work has been completed on The Gate, its key residential development coming up at Masdar City, featuring 463 apartments.
