WITH Dubai having won the rights to host the World Expo 2020, leading global provider of high-end products and technologies Emerson Climate Technologies anticipates a surge in construction activity in the UAE emirate, particularly in the hospitality sector.

Dubai World Central, an aerotropolis under development around Al Maktoum International Airport that will be the venue of Expo 2020 for six months beginning October 20, 2020, is expected to emerge as the third major cluster of hotels in Dubai, complementing the existing ones along the beach and in the central business district.

“What’s more, the system is based on the Linux operative system providing complete access via standard web browser software such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Firefox,” says Suhail.

Both intranet/internet remote connection and modern connection are available through its built-in RJ45 Ethernet port and RS232 serial port. Another feature is the possibility to connect via palmtop computer, displaying the value of a device while simultaneously sending commands to it.
