Dar Global, a leading luxury real estate developer, has annnounced the sale of AIDA, a one-of-its-kind mixed-use gated community in Oman, featuring premium residences, hotel projects as well as a golf course designed by the US-based Trump Organisation.

AIDA is one of the sultanate’s most significant premium mixed-use real estate projects directly by the sea. Located just 10 minutes from Downtown Muscat, it aims to offer the ultimate in luxury golf, residential and hospitality experiences in capital Muscat.

Dar Global’s AIDA project is a joint venture with Omran Group, the sultanate’s executive arm for tourism development, to advance Oman’s real estate market in line with the country’s Vision 2040.
