Diyar Al Muharraq, unveiled its ambitious mixed-use development at a special event in Manama.
Marassi Al Bahrain, the luxurious beachfront residential, hospitality, retail and entertainment destination within Diyar Al Muharraq, was officially launched at Bahrain City Centre, in the presence of Dr Maher Al Shaer, managing director of Eagle Hills Diyar.
The stand at the shopping mall features a model of the recently-launched Marassi Shores Residences, which is generating strong interest from local, GCC and international buyers.
The display will be present at the mall until December 19, said the statement from Eagle Hills Diyar.
Marassi Shores Residences promises to be an iconic beachfront haven of tranquillity with spectacular views of the sea and lush green parks. The property will also give easy access to Marassi Al Bahrain’s 2 km beach with waterfront retail and food and beverage promenade, a large central park and other lifestyle features, it stated.
Marassi Shores Residences includes 291 elegantly designed and spacious studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, along with penthouses, staggered across 11 storeys, which are to be completed in mid-2019.
According to the developer, Marassi Al Bahrain will be a unique destination in the kingdom, offering exclusive four and five-star hotels, chic restaurants, high-end residential apartments, as well as first-rate retail, leisure and entertainment facilities.
The island will include a landmark shopping destination and extensive park areas. Upon its completion, Marassi Al Bahrain will be home to 22,000 residents, it stated.
Marassi Al Bahrain will host Marassi Galleria, a 178,000-sq-m shopping and lifestyle destination with views overlooking the tranquil sea and immaculate gardens, said the developer.
The mall has a direct link to Marassi Residences and two world-class first-to-market hotel brands, The Address and Vida. Located on the waterfront, the complex is within walking distance from a 2-km stretch of white sandy beach, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
