Bahrain's Juffair Heights project has won international acclaim for project developer Dadabhai Development and Property Management Company (DDPM) and its exclusive sales agent, Pegasus Real Estate.

The two companies are among the winners of the prestigious Arabian Property Awards 2014-2015 in association with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.

Competing against a number of developers from around the region, DDPM has won the award for the 'Best residential high-rise development' and Pegasus won for 'Best property consultancy marketing'.

Juffair Heights, a twin-tower development, was launched earlier this year offering luxurious, spacious and affordable homes to both Bahrainis and expatriates with prices starting from BD50,000 ($131,797).

It comprises 376 one and two bedroom apartments with buyers having the option to combine these into three- or four-bedroom flats.

“We are delighted to have been awarded such a prestigious accolade,” DDPM managing director Shabeer Dadabhai said.

“Our aim as an institution is always to provide the highest quality in everything we do in order to provide our clients with the products and services they deserve.”

Pegasus managing director Aziz Mithaiwala said the award winners' logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry.

“Getting one of these coveted awards is indisputable evidence that Pegasus is capable of outperforming some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive Arabian property arena,” he added.

The awards will be presented during a ceremony and gala dinner at the Joharah Ballroom of Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, on December 4.
